ASRD stands for A Step in the Right Direction, it is a sneaker based wearable technology project that I designed in collaboration with Philadelphia's Ubiq boutique. The project consists of a re-engineered sneaker that has a built in wi-fi frequency meter controlled by a pressure sensitive insole. The strength of the wi-fi singal is represented through three LED lights on the tongue of the show, prompting the user to walk in the direction of the signal strength.
